We ship globally (excluding Asia and select remote areas) with the same attention to detail we give to our hand-stitched garments:
Order Processing: 1-2 business days (about the same time it takes us to prepare your order for its stylish departure)
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Please note: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility—just as our artisan details are non-negotiable.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging (like we carefully fold our crochet tops)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Hand-embroidered pieces (treated with the same permanence as our signature stitching)
- Swimwear with hygiene seals removed
- Personalized items

Refund Information
Once received, we’ll inspect your items with the same attention we give to our quality checks (typically 3-5 business days).
Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable—we design our shipping options to be as transparent as our lightweight chiffon tops.
Exchanges: Subject to availability in our globally stocked collections. Include a note specifying your desired exchange item and we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed (additional shipping charges may apply).
